Cà Phê Trứng - Vietnamese egg coffee is one of many underrated traditional culinary dishes in Vietnam. By preparing with egg yolks, sugar, condensed milk and robusta coffee, the egg foam would rise on top and create this sweet and savory flavor. The drink allegedly was created by a bartender working at the Sofitel Legend Metropole hotel in Hanoi in 1946 due to the short supplies of fresh milk, whisked egg yolk was used as a replacement.

The idea is to bring this savory drink in a more convenient way, as it could be pre-made and stored in a jar. This can be a form of attraction for younger audiences, as in male and female in their mid 20s who enjoy traveling, new experiences and interesting in exotic and unique food/drinks.

Cà Phê Trứng branding contains labels on drinking jars, 2 pack drink carrier, and paper bags. There are also extra illustrations for aesthetic purposes and can be used as elements representing different types of milk in coffee.
